Guarding the Place
This place were Dylan lives is strange, you can get into the building three different ways. One of the doors is noisy it buzzes at you and then humans get in and slam the door. Some seem to live on top of Dylan's house and stomp about and talk loudly. I warn Dylan's pets when someone is walking past the house and there seems to be a lot of humans coming and going. Dylan does nothing to tell his pets when others are around,he is very lax in that department, so I do it instead. One of the doors takes you out to a place were they store black bags full of stuff they throw away. Humans do that a lot even my pets do it, some of what they throw out could be eaten well I like the smell of it anyway. We got out that door to the shop, the other door takes you to some steps that are next to Dylan's garden. He guards his garden and does not like others walking through it, I am allowed to walk through but no one else.
Market Day
Dylan's pets decided to go to what they called 'The Market' so off we went. It was a nice walk went through a tunnel and walked past some tall houses. Lots of grass and bushes to inspect, a bridge was next and then more buildings with people pushing noisy baskets. Then we went to a place that has lots of wonderful smells. Long rows of tables full of strange things that seemed to attract a lot of humans, must be the market I suppose. Paula bought something, nothing I was interested in, but she seemed pleased. Then off we went again this time to a place with seats, Paula sat down and Colin went inside and came back with cups, they sat and drank what was in them and talked to a human, then we were off again heading for home.
I liked the walk it was different, the market is really interesting plenty to see and the scent is amazing, food smells, human scents and even some animal scents all mingle together. It was cold and misty so it was nice to get back into the warm again as I was a good girl I got some gravy bones.
